There are a couple of punching bag stands available at amazon.com to choose from. This is the one that caught my attention the most. There is another very similar model manufactured by Riverside. But the reviews of the Riverside stand are lukewarm at best. There is also a Cornerman punching bag stand with exceptional reviews, but it costs 3X times as much as this everlast stand. I just don't feel right about recommending the Cornerman, because it costs considerably more than most families can afford. That being said, this everlast stand is incredibly affordable, with high quality customer reviews to back it up. The average customer rating for this stand is 5/5 stars. Clearly, this is the best option for all boxers and martial artists.
Learning how to pack a major punch to your opponent will not happen overnight. Boxers and martial artists have spent hours and hours perfecting the perfect punch by using a punching bag. If you want to make it in this sport, you need to do what it takes. A punching bag + stand is absolutely necessary to develop in any fighting sport. Whether it be boxing, muay Thai, street fighting, etc.

I purchased mine online and had it delivered to my door in 4 days. You can probably find it at a local retail store, but online costs less money, plus it's placed on your doorstep. <— saves money on gas.
